Things to know before Staying at Rosemary Hill

Rosemary Hill Farm Location

The farm address is 257 R964, Pretoria. You drive east on the N4 as if you’re travelling to Witbank (eMalahleni), pass the Solomon Mahlangu offramp (previously known as Hans Strydom), and take the next offramp (exit 18) towards Boschkop/Donkerhoek. 

There is a toll gate (costs R13) before you turn right and continue onto the dirt road (R964) for just over 1km. The estate is on the right-hand side.

Rosemary Hill Accommodation Price

The cost of staying at Rosemary Hill in 2021 ranges from R795 to R5000. This depends on the room you choose, the number of guests, and the season. The popular cabin prices are R1650+ and can host 2 guests while dorms host up to 22 guests.

When can I arrive/leave?

Check-in at 14h00 and check-out at 10h00.

Is breakfast inclusive?

Yes, guests receive a complimentary meal voucher for breakfast, and the rooms have complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. The food is amazing and affordable. I’ve driven there countless times for just food and views!

Can I visit Rosemary Hill without sleeping there?

Yes, day visitors are welcome at Rosemary Hill. There is so much to do from walking, hiking, and cycling trails. The farm is family-friendly and kids can see rabbits, donkeys, horses, goats, sheep, guinea fowl, and a herd of Nguni cattle.
